I Perfer Vegas 8.0 to 9.0 because i could never get 9 to work properly on my xp, vista or window 7 machine so i down graded again to 8.0 which i feel is a lot better.

Best:

Easy To Use GUI, very good online help!

Worst:

Uses Lots Of CPU When rendering HD Videos but other non-HD video you can run at least Firefox at the same time
